Edward Esko is one of the leading teachers and practitioners of macrobiotic philosophy and health care in the world today. He trained extensively with Michio Kushi for over thirty years. Edward has lectured at the United Nations in New York and in over a dozen countries. He is the co-author, with Michio Kushi, of Holistic Health through Macrobiotics, Nine Star Ki, Basic Shiatsu, Healing Harvest, and other books.
